Where can I visit you?

Please note that we do not currently have our own exhibition or shop. However, if you’d like to see our statues in action, we’d be happy to provide you with the address of your nearest specialist retailer that displays our statues.

The surface of my statue is changing

Our KunstStein statues are cast to the latest technical standards using a highly durable UP resin reinforced with lime and quartz sand.

Nevertheless, the surface of your statue may change over time and develop a natural patina of lichens, mosses and other green growth in your garden or on your balcony. This is a natural process that cannot be prevented in all cases.

To remove this patina, we recommend only gentle cleaning with a soft brush and lukewarm water. We strongly advise against using a high-pressure washer or chemical cleaners.

Which parcel delivery company do you use?

We work with a network of several delivery providers. These include, amongst others, UPS, DPD and DHL Express. Depending on the size of your order and the delivery address, not all providers may be available. In justified individual cases, we will dispatch your order via a freight forwarder.

However, based on our 30 years of experience, we recommend using UPS as your first choice or opting for dispatch via a freight forwarder. The final decision is always yours, though!

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver exclusively within the EU.

How much will delivery cost?

The exact delivery charges depend on your order and your address. The easiest way is to add the products you want to your basket and click on ‘Proceed to checkout’. This won’t cost you anything. In the next step, enter your address and the shop will calculate the best delivery rates for you.

Returns

I would like to return a product

To process a return, log in to your customer account or use the link in our order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed, you will find the ‘Request a return’ option in the order overview. There, you can select each product in your order individually and specify the reason for the return.

Once your return has arrived at our fulfilment centre and been processed, you will receive your refund via your original payment method.
